Accor has reinforced its leading position in the Australian hospitality sector by securing partnership renewals for more than 40 hotels, spanning 5,500 rooms across the country.
This renewed commitment highlights Accor’s strong alliances with influential hotel owners and showcases the $450 million invested in hotel renovations and refurbishments since 2022.

Among the standout projects is a new franchise agreement with Silversea Investments to refurbish and rebrand Novotel Sydney Parramatta and Mercure Sydney Parramatta. Additionally, the Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort on the Sunshine Coast will soon unveil its own renovation plans, enhancing its luxury offering.
Accor’s Chief Operating Officer, Adrian Williams, stated that these investments reflect trust in the Accor brand, underscoring the company’s focus on delivering premium guest experiences, local expertise, and operational support. With a robust network of over 350 hotels across Australia, Accor provides franchise and managed services tailored to support high performance.
