Malaysia Airlines is set to launch new routes to the Maldives, Chiang Mai, and Da Nang. Starting on August 1, 2024, daily flights to the Maldives will begin. Additionally, flights to Chiang Mai will start on August 15, and Da Nang flights will commence on September 24.

Furthermore, these new routes will enhance Malaysia Airlines’ connectivity from Kuala Lumpur. This expansion will make the Maldives its 13th South Asian destination and 16th in ASEAN.
